Lovely hotel. Great location. Clean, well appointed rooms. No issues, and would happy stay here again.

Atlas was immaculate in many ways. Some of the staff were also very helpful. The issues lie in unpreparedness given how new it is. e.g. For the price point, I would not have expected pounding music above me from the restaurant till past 1am. When I called the front desk to inquire at 10:30pm about the loud bass and music, the response was “Do you need earbuds? Can I have someone send up earbuds? How about a noise machine?” When I could not even hear my TV and my heart was pounding from the loud bass, no earbuds or sound machine would have worked… That was highly disappointing. At the very least, Atlas should not have understood this noise travelling problem and should not have allowed the party even to have turned up the bass that high. The staff should also have been better trained with client communication. e.g. I have asked to speak with the manager to relay my discontent twice in two days. Not surprisingly, no one bothered to follow up. e.g. Restaurant - The breakfast at AMA was absolutely excellent but the portion size of the restaurant fluctuates quite a bit. A yoghurt with granola can literally halve in size depending on the day. It takes 5 minutes to find a server to do anything. Breakfast tea comes without the requested milk or sugar. When they finally come in 10 minutes, there was no spoon. So you have to wait another while for that. What was shocking was the staff was genuinely surprised I asked for a spoon to stir in the milk and sugar.

A nice little hotel. Comfy, non-flashy, great location. A solid choice. This was our second stay and we'll be back.

I loved the rooftop pool. The convenience of the snack/coffee bar in the lobby is great. Great location and spacious bedroom. Dislikes, water pressure is absolutely horrible, placing of toilet tissue is inconvenient and awkward. The bathroom door kept sticking and was hard to open and close. But overall great experience and have booked two rooms for next year for my son’s college graduation in May 2027.

Overall, great with some negative areas including extremely slow service at all the restaurants and our bathroom pocket door would not stay shut. Room 13026 Pool area was nice but you needed a reservation which was nice to keep the crowd controlled. Very clean hotel.

This hotel is in the financial district. The sites are walking distance if you're a walker. The lounge is an added charge. Food was fresh but selection limited.
