Plum Island Kid friendly Vacations

Walking distance to so many things: theater district, Newbury Street, Boston Commons. Lovely hotel with an incredible restaurant. Rooms were quiet and clean, wonderful bed for a great nights sleep. Even the showers had wonderful water pressure. Zero complaints. Lovely hotel!

Atlas was immaculate in many ways. Some of the staff were also very helpful. The issues lie in unpreparedness given how new it is. e.g. For the price point, I would not have expected pounding music above me from the restaurant till past 1am. When I called the front desk to inquire at 10:30pm about the loud bass and music, the response was “Do you need earbuds? Can I have someone send up earbuds? How about a noise machine?” When I could not even hear my TV and my heart was pounding from the loud bass, no earbuds or sound machine would have worked… That was highly disappointing. At the very least, Atlas should not have understood this noise travelling problem and should not have allowed the party even to have turned up the bass that high. The staff should also have been better trained with client communication. e.g. I have asked to speak with the manager to relay my discontent twice in two days. Not surprisingly, no one bothered to follow up. e.g. Restaurant - The breakfast at AMA was absolutely excellent but the portion size of the restaurant fluctuates quite a bit. A yoghurt with granola can literally halve in size depending on the day. It takes 5 minutes to find a server to do anything. Breakfast tea comes without the requested milk or sugar. When they finally come in 10 minutes, there was no spoon. So you have to wait another while for that. What was shocking was the staff was genuinely surprised I asked for a spoon to stir in the milk and sugar.

A nice little hotel. Comfy, non-flashy, great location. A solid choice. This was our second stay and we'll be back.

Excellent location! Can walk anywhere and staff is excellent and very attentive. Awesome fitness center and pool! Highly recommend and will stay there again next time we are in Boston!

Loved the property except that beds they are so uncomfortable and hard for the price a night I would’ve expected a nice comfy bed

Five stars all the way. The Langham Boston exceeded every expectation from the moment I arrived. The staff was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, making every interaction feel personalized. My room was beautifully appointed, exceptionally clean, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. The historic character of the property blends perfectly with modern luxury. Dining was outstanding, and the amenities were top-notch. The location made it easy to explore Boston while providing a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. Every detail reflected quality and care. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.
