The stay was nice but when i checked out they didn’t refund my security deposit till now, so make sure after you check out to receive the refund massage for your bank.

Happened to be at the hotel during fashion week. The staff handled the crowded hotel very well.

Clean room, perfect location for Times Square and Broadway shows, helpful staff. Room was small but very clean and well laid out.

Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet my expectations, especially when considering the price and overall value. The room felt very small compared to what I paid. Before this stay, I spent 14 days in Los Angeles at The Peninsula Hotel, which was outstanding, and I also stayed at Le Blanc in Cancun, which was truly amazing. I also spent 3 days at Nobu Hotel in Malibu, and that experience felt magical. All of these are luxury hotels, so I understand what a high-end hotel experience should feel like. In comparison, this hotel did not feel on the same level. For the price, I expected a much better room and overall experience.
