The power outlets were sparse and old which made the connection very loose. Also no direct USB-C ports which made it hard to charge anything bedside. The rooms were very small and after opening bags, there were no wiggle room to move around and adjust.

Clean rooms! Every staff member was so nice. The renovated suites were great!

Normally love margaritaville and enjoy. Have been to 4 locations in the past 2 years. All have been fantastic. I have also stayed at the NYC location twice before with good results. This time was horrible. The price was inflated beyond measure for the current week, but whatever I get it. The problem was the staff at the front desk were horribly rude and mean. They made my wife and children uncomfortable while trying to check in with me still at work. The language used by staff was aggressive and divisive as they talked down to me on the phone and her at the desk. When I had left a note on file I would not be there for checking in because of work and provided a physical copy of my license. I was unable to bring guests in town to the pool. I was unable to show my children the roof top bar. So very disappointed and sad to report this. Alex and the rest of the front desk staff are atrocious.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff here is remarkable and they go above and beyond to please their customers. I’m looking forward to staying here again in 2 weeks! =)

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Place is next to the Brooklyn Bridge, Wall St, Chinatown, just so much to do and you can just walk everywhere.
