Great staff, hotel and location.

Great location, modern conveniences, and excellent staff

Nice clean rooms and pleasant staff. Room was run down. Hole in carpet, toilet not working properly, no tea or coffee making equipment and $15.99 for internet. Meanwhile free shoe polishing. Priorities seem to be off.

Efficient checkin. Room was ready early. Breakfast was very good. Hotel staff friendly. Liked that we were greeted at Hotel outside when we arrived and our suitcases taken inside.

I absolutely loved my stay at The Wall Street Hotel. The property itself is stunning and beautifully maintained. My room was spacious, with the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, and the bathroom was spotless. Everything felt clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff were wonderful, so friendly and attentive, which really made the experience even better. The location couldn’t be more convenient, just a two-minute walk from Wall Street station and right in the heart of the Financial District with plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. I enjoyed every second of my stay and will definitely be returning on my next trip to New York. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly.

Beautiful property with a beautiful view from the rooftop bar. Unfortunately though, our bathroom was left unclean with a large skid mark in the toilet upon check in. This set our stay off on the wrong foot. While they tried to right the wrong, it unfortunately soured our stay. It is quite an expensive hotel and we really were expecting something else.

Walkable area, staff very friendly and helpful, although breakfast seemed to be short staffed with slow service. This was inconveinant when plans were made for the day. Valet parking was great. I would recommend this hotel, rooms clean and not cramped.

I did not use the gym Or laundry areas but the bar and food areas were accommodating and friendly
