Staff was very kind and helpful calling for medical assistance.

The room is spacious, clean and with amazing view. Food at Lorea was great! My only complaint is the check-in. As a Platinum member one perk is I usually will get an earlier check-in but I checked in at 3:03 and I was told that the room is almost ready I will get a text when it is. After 4 pm I still did not get a text so I went to the front desk that’s when I was given the key. This is the first time I waited a long time just sitting in the Lobby. And we are not particularly fond of Valet Parking.
