The room was spotless with a beautiful lake view! The staffs were very helpful. The location was great for the metro, train station, as well as shops and restaurants. I will definitely come back to this hotel!

Lovely spot, with view over the Lake. Large clean rooms, modern design, but very Spartan. We arrived late and in room snacks were non-existent. Restaurant closed at 10pm. Too few electric outlets, and it would have helped to have a night light by the bathroom, which was internal and difficult to navigate in the dark.

The room was fantastic. The gentleman at the counter when we checked in whose name starts with a Ugur was unbelievable helpful with our stay, attractions and public transportation. The bed was the best we have had in Switzerland.
