The stay was okay however for the 3 night, the housekeeping staff didn’t make bed or change towels and never saw them on the floor Luckily we are very clean guest. A bit surprising

Everything was clean. Room very quiet. Nice room view. Nice people on the reception. Great coffee Lazazza on the room and a Italian style cafeteria in the lobby. Greatest pastries and goood coffee. Plus you have the option to have seated breakfast if you want. Also the restaurant in the lobby area was delicious and the service soo good. In general I have a great time!

I was surprised how big the room/suite was, it was like a large 1 bedroom apartment. Helpful staff and easy check in. Slept very well. Recommended!

Tout est parfait, propre, super tranquille et le service impeccable. Cependant la climatisation est la plus bruyante au Canada. Vous devez absolument avoir des bouchons (ear plugs).

Fantastic property, wonderfully kept and staffed

Amazing service from the moment we parked. The Valet service was great and Norbert at the Desk provided exceptional service. We celebrated our anniversary and the staff made us feel special with some simple gestures (like a late checkout). This gave us the opportunity to experience an amazing brunch the next day at Kost - the rooftop restaurant. The only suggestion that I have is to plan your exit/entry from the hotel during non-busy times for the restaurants - the demand for the brunch was high and the line-ups for the elevators can get lengthy. I will definitely return.

Stayed 4 nights. Overall, the hotel was just okay for the price, but I wouldn’t consider it a great option for families with young children. The room was noticeably dusty upon arrival, with dust on the coffee machine and counters, and there was dust and hair under the bathroom sink. Housekeeping also did not service our room on the first day, despite us confirming the day before that housekeeping was provided daily. After being out all day with kids, it was disappointing to return to a dirty room. One of the biggest challenges was the lack of a microwave. There was no way to heat food for babies, which made travelling with young children more difficult. We asked for hot water for baby food and were accommodated without issue for the first three days. However, on the fourth day, we were told to use the coffee machine to get hot water, which didn’t feel like a hygienic option for preparing baby food. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated their assistance. However, a few staff members seemed disengaged and couldn’t be bothered to look up from their computers when guests walked by. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there are definitely areas that could be improved, especially for families travelling with young children.
