Just so happen that in my ten nights of stay there is no swimming pool available
But aside from swimming pool everything is rated to the best of my needs. Room size is superb
Cleanliness is there staff are helpful, the hotel itself is beautiful it's not just a hotel it's a comforter

Location is strategic. The room is clean. The cleaner Long Chun Lane (龙春兰）from Level 26 made our stay very pleasant. She was very helpful and made sure our room is clean everyday. Thank you for making our stay pleasant. Love the welcome drink. The only thing is the name of the hotel is very confusing as it’s totally different from what I booked in the app. If coming from MRT, it’s difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. Lifts are a bit slow. Hope there will be a clear hotel signage at the lift area. Overall it’s a decent hotel. Thank you all for the warm hospitality!
