Fantastic resort with a central location, excellent staff and beachfront amenities

A beautiful gem in Phu Quoc! We stayed 5 nights over new years and could not have had a better holiday! The private beach is incredible - white soft sand, tons of beach loungers, hammocks and swings for lazy days in the sun. The infinity pool is wonderful and refreshing and overlooks the beach. Sunsets at this property are epic - some of the best we’ve seen in SE Asia! We loved swimming out to the floats everyday on the water and using the paddle boards. The rooms are very spacious and rustic style with a lovely outdoor shower and large/comfy balcony. The buffet breakfast at hotel is wonderful with a huge spread of food. The staff are so lovely, helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to throw us an enjoyable New Year’s Eve party. We were pleased to win one of the lucky draws for a couples massage at the hotel - it was SO relaxing and lovely! The location is awesome. Lots of delicious food at the restaurants in the nearby town along with enjoyable massage places, we often went exploring via our scooter. Highly recommend checking out the bee farm - it’s so well run! It would have been nice if there was a gym to use at the hotel. The a la carte menu is a bit limited for food and drinks, so we often ate local Vietnamese food nearby in the town. Highly recommend this property - hoping to come back again soon with our family!

The serenity and casual back to nature environment allows you to just relax and enjoy the views and peacefully within.

If you're looking for an outdoor wooded area experience this is the place to stay. Also has many complimentary stuff there. Private beach area for the resort, multiple pools and restaurants. Everyone we met that worked there was really professional and nice. Spa was really awesome and relaxing. Thanks for the great experience Green Bay Phu Quoc Resort!

Amazing hotel, great service. Very good staff and especially night manager who helped me a lot to resolve emergency situation ( unfortunately I do not have his name). Free yoga classes and excellent support ! Thank you very much for amazing few days

The resort is tired and needs a really big renovation. Loungers are breaking, and the water sports equipment is broken and they are not replacing it so there are literally no activities in the resort at all. Bathrooms are tired and not very clean. Outdoor furniture by the rooms have no cushions so too uncomfortable to be sat on. They won’t even give you an iron and want to charge for everything. Staff are friendly but need training. We ordered the kids two spag bowls one night and one arrived and the other took another 40 mins to arrive. Restaurant and resort is a bit soulless with little atmosphere. Breakfast buffet is ok. They offer an airport shuttle but apparently it was fully booked when we tried to book it. The location isn’t great - you have to order a taxi or grab to go anywhere. Nothing is in walking distance of the resort. The private beach is so small, you can’t fit a lounger on there and it disappears at high tide. This place is definitely not 4 star!!
