The view from the room was awesome. The staff service was great. However, the hotel is a bit old. There's smell in the washroom.

The room kind of had a musty smell. The check in was kind of annoying, the computer for some reason wasn’t typing properly, so it took a little time to get that sorted. Other than that, the hotel was nice. Close to shopping, restaurants, and not too far of a walk from Shinjuku station.

Amazing stay at the Shiba park hotel, the room is clean and comfortable and the staff are very helpful. 24/7 Convenience store near by, JR line and Subway station with 7-10 minutes walk. The only two negatives are the bathroom can be a bit smelly and humid, and the washing machines are limited and almost always busy. other than that we really enjoyed this hotel especially that it's away from busy area and very clean DVD unique. we would definitely stay here again.

Air conditioning is poor. Room is still warm even the thermostat is adjusted to cooler setting

The location is ideal — just a short walk from metro and train stations, making it very easy to get around the city. The Tokyo Dome and shopping areas are nearby, and there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The staff provided outstanding service — very polite, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the amazing laundry room — very convenient, spotless, and even includes detergent, which made our stay extra comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo — 100% satisfaction!

Staff was amazing, courteous, professional, excellent customer service. The rooms were smaller than I imagined, but fully supported our needs. English speaking staff speeds the check-in and check-out process as well with any other assistance we were in need of.
