Beautiful hotel, very nice.

I had a traditional Japanese room with a massage chair, balcony and view at the green mountains. It was super awesome and had a restful sleep. I visited the onsen bath as well which was very nice and refreshing.

I don’t usually write hotel reviews, but our stay at the Kobe Kitano Hotel was so exceptional that I felt compelled to share our experience. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. The level of service was truly world-class—nothing short of what I would describe as a seven-star experience. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring that guests felt welcome and cared for. I would especially like to recognize the hotel manager, Mr. Amin Jabari, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. His kindness, attention to detail, and commitment to outstanding hospitality made a lasting impression on us. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and impeccably maintained, making it the perfect place to experience Kobe. It is rare to find a hotel where every detail is executed so flawlessly.
