The staff are amazing!!! Great hotel

Staffs are awesome! Nice breakfast and location too! However the room is kind of small. Also the A/C didn’t work. When we were there the building is under construction so pretty noisy in the morning when they started working. The staffs are kind enough to give us some credit.

Great hotel right in the midst of old town Edinburgh. Steps from the train station, tram, castle, etc.

Lovely rooms, well placed and generous and friendly staff.

I had an okay stay at Hotel Reisen overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was good—perfect for exploring Stockholm and within easy walking distance of many sights, restaurants, and the waterfront. One minor downside was that there weren’t many breakfast options nearby that opened before 9:00 a.m., which was inconvenient when I had an early start. The main disappointment was the wellness area. The sauna was quite crowded during my visit, making it difficult to relax. The pool was also much smaller than I expected and felt more like the size of a cold jacuzzi tub than a proper pool. Unfortunately, it also did not appear to be very clean. Overall, the hotel has a fantastic location and clean, comfortable rooms, but the wellness facilities could use some improvement, and early-morning breakfast options in the immediate area are limited.

A quiet, comfortable hotel in the old town of Prague. The staff was professional and polite. The room furnishings are a mixture of the contemporary and outdated pine, with old sofas and armchairs that detract from the otherwise comfortable ambience. The buffet breakfast is outstanding. A very pleasant hotel and great if you need to work from there.
