In terms of location was great, pyramids view and not too far from visiting pyramids and also not too far from Cairo. Staffs were very friendly, polite and helpful Breakfast was great, very traditional and home made meals Just some facilities like hot water, bathrooms towels weren’t clean! There was no soap and body wash!

Noisy surrounding but it was holidays

There was not variety of food in breakfast . There was no brown bread . The staff has to go down stairs to get you brown bread or some days they have not got . Serving tea and coffee in the morning in a plastic disposable cups . There is no proper mugs or teapots for serving tea . Rating is 3 stars for breakfast . Room was clean and tidy . Very noisy if the room looking at the main road . About three mosques on the area praying at the same time early morning at 4:am with a microphone

Bel hôtel dans un beau complexe, bel accueil, personnel sympathique. La vue de la terrasse sur le toit était magnifique et la nourriture dans le complexe était très bonne.

From morning chats over coffee to personal escorts for the best local cuisine, the staff are always available and always ready to help you. They helped me create the best personalised and well thought out itinerary to visit the sites in Cairo, Giza and Luxor. My father aged 80, my family and I had the best possible experience.
