What makes this a 4-star rated hotel is the helpful and friendly staff, the continental breakfast buffet, and the surprise welcome gift (a bottle of red wine). The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, but is starting to show its age. But overall a 4 out of 5 stars for the hotel's location, the excellent staff, the comfy beds, and the excellent and yummy breakfast.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is incredibly convenient for early flights, and the staff were friendly, efficient, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet despite being close to the airport.
Breakfast selection was great and check-in/check-out was smooth. Overall, a perfect choice for anyone needing comfort and convenience near Hong Kong Airport. Highly recommended.

Good location situated right next to Happy Valley racecourse. All staff were friendly and eager to help. There was a hotel shuttle that operated between Central station (where the Airport Express stops) and the hotel which was a bonus after a long flight.
