You really need to get a car for this location. It’s far away from mostly anywhere and the closest transportation is a 25 min walk. The pool was okay but the whole property is outdated. I was also charged 100 for food service that I never ordered. I also requested a microwave, my room didn’t have it but I was still charged. I reached out to get a refund but I haven’t heard back. This was my 5th time traveling to San Diego and wanted to try a new location. I’ll be sticking to the other hotels.

Loved this hotel ! It’s a truly authentic Hollywood Hotel with beautiful photography displayed through the hallways. We loved our room on the corner- with a huge bathroom ! Very well designed with details everywhere!
We were there in September and the pool was heated , very nice!
