The stay was excellent. The staff were very professional. There is a chinese front desk receptionist explained everthing in very details. It was my birthday date when i checked in. I enjoyed the room, your hotel faciliy and cleaniness.

Excellent hotel, with very hospitable staff. Room is large (for Japan) with large private natural onsen bath. Food was very good, quantity was just right.

Ultra modern with excellent views of the bay and the city. To get to the hotel, you enter the ground floor of the building and take the elevator to the seventh floor for the lobby and reception. The first person to greet your arrival is Hashimoto, who instantly makes you feel like a valued customer or, maybe, a warmly received family member. What a pleasant introduction to this hotel. And, throughout our four-day stay, he seemed to always be on the ground level, greeting, opening car doors, and generally making one feel good. We loved the available lighting choices in our room, the automatic opening and soft closing of all the doors, the size of our closet, and the comfort of the bed. Each morning was a delicious breakfast with great views. This hotel is an excellent choice while visiting Nagasaki. As you exit the train station, turn to your right, and, Voila, there it is!

I had such a pleasant stay at the hotel. Staffs were helpful and friendly, the hotel itself was amazing as we love Japanese-style Western style, a very unique thing you can only experience in Japan. The hotel is very close to all the attractions and activities you are do in the area. As we drove, it was a different experience as to if you entered the theme park from the main entrance. You don't need a theme park ticket to stay in the hotel, but if you have a ticket, the hotel will give you another ticket for the next day for free. Pro: Hotel Guest parking is inside the park area, you don't really need to walk too far with suitcases. The main attractions and restaurants are walking distance. Con: We just happened to be doing the 'Stamps Collecting' activity, where we had to walk around the theme park, otherwise we would completely miss some of the photo spots closer to the main entrance.

Great location to spend a day at Huis Ten Bosch; Natural onsen and great views from bar made this weekend trip well worth the drive.

The breakfast is just ok.
