Clean and spacious room, great coffee shop downstairs, beside views from our room, and ability to crack open the windows for fresh air.

Check-in was smooth & the staff was so helpful & accommodating.

I enjoyed the hotel. But 2 problems. The shower water was lukewarm. And the neighborhood was very loud. Sirens all night. I have stayed here many times. Never a problem with sirens. It's like Seattle emergency vehicles changed their response route. In any event, I can't stay here again. Too noisy.

Beautiful, historic 100 year old landmark hotel - would have given it 5 stars but you have to deal with an obnoxious, non-working phone robot when you call the front desk. I would expect that at motel 6 but not a place like this.

Staff were very accommodating and professional. We needed body wash refill in our room and they went above and beyond and gave us shampoo and conditioner as well. The staff at the restaurant’s hotel was also excellent. Very personable and attentive. The food quality and taste was great! We had breakfast burritos before we had to leave and it was a good size and tasty. We also had fruit cups and they were fresh. We got coffee and it was fresh as well. Our rooms were clean and modern. We were saying that this was one of the best hotels that we stayed at around the airport. Would def stack here again.
