Generally excellent stay - very spacious and has everything you want in an aparthotel (washing machine, kitchen). One thing we noticed about the staff that came to clean - she cleaned the bathroom and took the trash, and then without washing her hands, put new towels out! We asked her for new ones (she still didn't wash her hands) and then declined cleaning for the rest of the time we were there.

Awesome place! Yes it’s Pet Friendly though it was not stated clearly in our booking reservation that it’s an extra surcharge well that’s not an issue for us. Hence they need to do better to state it upon confirmation of the booking. Another annoying instance was the facility technician just came an announced and open our room without a gesture of knocking first nor a doorbell, that’s simply common sense. Totally unexpected a simple courtesy should be imposed/instilled by nature, Otherwise everything could have been absolutely perfect and PAWFECT staycation for our little prince except this uncalled for incidents.

It’s a nice hotel, we didn’t have any issues with staff, they were friendly and adhering to any request we had except for one instance. Big big big reminder! We got caught out the first night but please make sure you close the balcony door fully to make sure the air conditioning works. I called reception confused as to why the air conditioning didn’t work, asking for any help, but I got a response of “oh there’s no chance it’s not working”. The next morning the kind gentleman from maintenance just closed the door properly and it was the biggest naked gun facepalm moment but.. reception should suggest this for any future instance. I definitely do not recommend going to the buffet for dinner, for the price you pay, the quality of food is average and a little bit unappetising. Breakfast didn’t appeal to me either. Facilities is fine, the laundry is a nice touch, gym is limited but functional, games area on level 1 is nice, the pool is very nice especially after 5pm when the sun has lost its oomph! The staff especially room service and the ladies doing the beds every morning are very very nice. Especially to our baby boy. So many high fives. Overall 7/10. It’s nice, but for food and the slight aging of the property it needs a little bit of improvement.
