No hot water, found a fly in our meal also reported at the restaurant staff and the front desk and was advised that they would get back o us the didn’t, food was not do good.

The staff are the best. They are very helpful. The Resort is great, the food is great. There is a lot of variety to choose from.

We recently stayed 5 nights at this resort, making sure we looked at all of the amenities offered and the reviews prior to booking. When we arrived, the resort was under construction limiting the amenities immensely. Had I known that the resort would be under construction and have limited amenities I would have definitely looked elsewhere. Many of the other guests mentioned they had no idea that this was the case as well. Cons- There were only 3 restaurants open, which were only open certain nights of the week. There was only one place per meal available to eat buffet and at times the buffet ran a line out the door to be seated. There were multiple times that shows were cancelled or there was not much going on at the resort. The pictures on the website showed a beautiful open beach, unfortunately this was not the case. Beaches were full of rocks, water was full of seaweed, and there were wooden structures in the water washed up. There were multiple vendors that followed you around and haggled you. The staff, although pleasant and friendly, must have asked us to purchase packages at the spa 5 times/day. Room service options were very limited as well, it felt like most of the food was the same thing everyday just rotated out to each buffet. Pros- Staff was friendly and helpful. My husband and I typically stay at Hyatt based resorts with very little complaints. After this experience we can say we won’t book a Bahia resort again.

歴史があり、落ち着いたリゾート。 レストランは質の高い料理を提供していて、レベルは非常に高い。特にマグロ、シイラ、ハタなど厚みのある魚はうま味が引き出されていて美味しかった。ロブスターは旬ではないのか50ドルという値段にしてはそれほどでもなかった。肉類はほとんど注文していない。 朝食もいいが、ブッフェなのでそれなり。最高級の味はランチとディナーで楽しめるが、ディナーはフルに食べていると2万円前後になりさすがに高い。そのせいか、客は多くない。 SeagrapeとSugar Millの両方行ったが、Sugar Millは遠い上にメニューは似ているので1度で十分と思った。 雷雨の後にWi-Fiが使えなくなり、最初は「湿度が高くどうしようもないから待ってほしい」とのことだったが、24時間経って改めて修理を依頼するとほどなく直った。最初から真剣に対応してもらいたかった。 ビーチの人も少なく、Wi-Fiの件以外は満足で、再びMontego Bayに行くなら泊まりたい。 ただし、今回エクスペディアのカスタマーサポートは役に立たないことがわかったので、直接ホテルに予約すればよかったと思った。

We had such a wonderful stay at Sea Garden Resort! The entire staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and so kind to us and our baby. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Now for the food, whoever is in that kitchen is doing an amazing job. Every single meal, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, was delicious and beautifully prepared. While we didn't drink much from the bar, the few drinks my husband and I tried were good. We loved our time here!
