Very courteous staff, nice rooms and especially nice bathrooms. Great place to stay for my first trip to my family’s hometown!

The Gate Hotel is a nice property directly connected to Tenjin station. It's well-located for both day and evening entertainment. The room was clean and modern. There was a lack of towels to shower more than once without a change. Staff was pleasant, if a bit cold. Views from the room made for decent city photography.

Clean and bigger Twin room, accessible to train and bus transportation pick up and drop Off is right in front of the hotel .

the BESTTTTTT hotel ive ever been in!!!! Omg the mall outside was amazing and the live singing downstairs was such a vibe. ALSO THE DOWNSTAIRS BAR HAD THE BEST DRINKSS!!! And theres a food court downstairs too! Omg it was literally heaven. Rooms are amazing as well, the refa shower head?!?! AMAZING

Pros; located btw Hakada station and Canal city Cons; very small room, locked windows, tight toilet seat from bathroom door, no complementary water, just one worn out slipper for two persons.

Unmanned hotel! I don’t remember reading this on the Expedia website or reviews. Thank goodness I looked at other websites and that’s when I found out. Check in is virtual…you need a code to enter building then need a hotel reservation code…the other websites said we would get an email which I didn’t so I reached out to the hotel and that’s when I got my information written in Japanese (which I am unable to read). The hotel room was extremely cold on the first night even with the heater on. It was nice having a washer dryer. We used the dryer to dry our bath towels as the room was too cold for them to dry on their own. Big refrigerator with a freezer was nice. Room size was decent and fairly clean. Easy walk to the train station…about 7 minutes. Family Mart at the end of the block.

Enjoyed my stay at Hotel Forza. It’s my first time in Fukuoka and surprised the room size is relatively big for Japan standard (comparing with cities like Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto) with a double bed and 2-3 seater sofa. Room is clean and I do like the proximity of the hotel to Hakata station (around 5 mins walk)
