Great parking, clean room

Very clean, quiet very beautiful landscaping highly recommend will be staying again.

The ice machine on our floor was inoperable and I asked for access to another floor so I could use their ice machine. I was initially told that I would be given access to another floor but just had to go to the front desk to ask for my key card to be re-keyed. But when I did that, I was given a different answer that all ice machines on all 56 floors of the hotel were not working. That seems very hard to believe. What the front desk told us was that we had to go to the coffee shop and ask them for Ice to fill our bucket. We had to do that several times in our three day stay. To me that seems ridiculous and they clearly were not being honest with us. Why would they turn off all ice machines on all 56 floors in the hotel? plus people staying in hotels need ice, to make drinks in the room or for ice chests to keep food from spoiling. In other respects, the hotel was good, but I consider this ice issue to be both a failure of the facility and also the service quality. A hotel that is supposed to be 4.5. Stars should have working ice machines. Even a motel 6 has working ice machines.

I enjoyed my stay at the Vdara. The only downside was that the room had a slight odor and could have been cleaned more thoroughly, especially considering the nightly rate. Other than that, the hotel and its amenities were very good.

First of all, ignore the bit about "all fees and taxes included." First thing at the desk is you get hit with one hundred dollars a day "resort fee." What they do with this is beyond me, it certainly didn't help with the functionality of the room. Our room key barely worked. Hot water came out of both the hot and cold water spouts in the sink. Not sure how they even managed that. Nice whirlpool bathtub, only trouble is it didn't drain properly and made noise like a drowning person for two hours. A restaurant downstairs where you can get an eggs, oatmeal and coffee for two for about a hundred bucks. Terrible construction going on outside, making it very awkward to walk just now. Staff is very nice, I will say. But yeah, lots of glitz and style with very little substance and top dollar.

Excellent stay .. Felt safe and secure as I traveled solo for a small vacation … Food was excellent Casino was very clean and fun to be in. Will definitely stay here again !
