Good breakfast with good varieties. Sugggest to have 2 firm pillows oer guest.

The hotel location was excellent, with easy access to the train station. The breakfast at this hotel was excellent too. However, the Annex building was lacking proper maintenance. E.g. the air conditioning did not work; the bathroom sink did not drain properly; the carpet was grungy and dirty.

The Western breakfast buffet was good, and there was also an option to have a Japanese breakfast in the Japanese restaurant, which was very good too. The room was really well designed and clean. The gym was just ok, and if you wanted to use the pool or hot tub it was an extra charge.

The hotel was nice and so were the employees. However, the beds were extremely hard and I woke up each day with severe back pain. I asked for extra comforters or even try another room and they would not accommodate me unless I paid an extra $270 which were not in my budget plans and would not provide extra comforters so I went and bought what I could which was a large dog bed!!. Another thing that I was not aware of is you have to pay to enter the pool area on a daily basis instead of just one fee per stay. The breakfast buffet was good, the dinner buffet not my favorite. Next time, I’ll be sure to stay elsewhere

The staff was great, the facilities and rooms where clean and the food was amazing. The whole hotel is a bit dated and worn, but if it weren't I couldn't afford it.
