This community and stay was perfect for my family and I. We enjoyed the property and the home was clean. Mariana was super kind and hospitable, her professionalism and her willingness to accommodate was very heartwarming. Caroline was also very kind and helpful. I recommend this property 10/10!

The AC did not work properly. One of the hot tubs was not hot. The front desk staff inconsistent and not always helpful. Housekeeping. Room refresh - beds made, towels not replaced when 4 people staying in the room. 3 requests on text if we needed anything - no request was responded to. The carpet in the hallways had the same chips and food for the three days we stayed there. Although the spa is rated a top spa, I would not rate it anywhere near a top spa - few amenities, shower hot water did not work, anesticians ok - not great. Ordered 2 enhancements, which supposidly came with a glass of champagne, not delivered. Upon check out over charged had to go back to straighten out the bill.

Recommend, great place for a big family

Great location if you’re on vacation for Disney. However, there are some issues where I found that the bed is dirty, there’s no lamp shades on the lamp, & the bathtub was really dirty.

Very clean, newly renovated and in a good location.

Stayed two nights with a friend to visit KSC. Beware, you can make a reservation for 2 people but it will be as 2 people in the same one place bed. Fortunately once on the site we were able to get two different beds. Apart from that the place was clean and quiet and the employees nice and helpful. One concern but more related to Orlando is that the place is very car centric unfortunately. You’ll have to use your car or take a Uber or what else to get around.
