Be careful here - we did not have our room servicecd for 3 nights in a row - and when I asked the front desk he made up some elaborate story as to why (at another hotel a cleaner walked in on a couple) an then told me I could request housekeeping at a particular time. I thought that was extrodinary and told him i had never heard of that before - I then happened to run into housekeeping at 6pm that night (when she finally got to our room and I said we were back, dont bother but could I have some fresh towels) and I checked in with her about the "booking a time for the room to be cleaned" story and she just stared at me and then confirmed that is not the case she just hadn't made it to our room because the hotel was fully booked and she became too busy. I never usually leave a review but I couldn't let this slide. In any event, you cant beat the location and the team on the beach were fantastic.

Our stay at The Moore Hotel Miami was a genuinely memorable experience, made all the more special by the warmth and professionalism of the staff. From the moment we booked, the team reached out proactively to enquire about our plans and any requirements we might have. This thoughtful initial contact immediately set the tone and made us feel well looked after before we had even arrived. On arrival, the staff were welcoming, attentive and incredibly helpful. A particular highlight was their assistance in preparing our clothes for the New Year’s Eve party that evening, which removed any last-minute stress and allowed us to fully enjoy the occasion. This level of care and attention to detail really distinguishes The Moore from many other hotels. Our room was large, beautifully appointed and exceptionally comfortable, providing a calm and luxurious retreat. Beyond the room, the hotel’s public spaces are truly fabulous — expansive, atmospheric and filled with striking works of art that make simply walking through the building a pleasure in itself. The Moore feels as much like a curated cultural space as it does a hotel. Overall, The Moore Hotel Miami delivers a refined yet personal experience, combining outstanding service, generous accommodation and inspiring surroundings. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone seeking something special in Miami.

Matthew Williams the director of front office made our stay exra special.He surpassed all of our expectations and congratulations to him. Alisa Geller,front office manager was kind and professional. Average hotel. Noticed few things during our stay. - The staff outside the hotel is "valet only" staff. Don't expect anyone to help you with your bags. - One day, our room was not made up. Looks like they are "scheduled". Not sure if they do it daily by default. - Zero sound-proof. We heard literally everything our room neighbors said. - We didn't rent a car but if you do, expect a front parking of just 4-5 cars. So, don't take a car with you. - No late checkout available. Good things. - The pool is good.
