Decent hotel but the ac in room wasn’t the best it keeps shutting off and there was an error code i called the desk and told the guy he was gonna send someone up but 30 minutes later i called him bsck and said nevermind I figured out how to get it going also the in room fridge is TINY doesn’t fit much at all!! Tv guide wasn’t accurate either channels were off by a few

The experience was good. The staff was helpful and had a few restaurant suggestions handy. The hotel room a decent size and we had access to a private balcony. The balcony was a nice place for drinks and stargazing. There is a rooftop deck if you wanna be closer to the stars. I would stay here again and if your into nyc pizza there is a good spot across the street.

Loved having access to the terrace for breakfast and happy hour, so relaxing. Staff were really nice and helpful!

Very clean and friendly staff

The property is pretty beat up. The bathrooms are small no exhaust and that’s an issue. For the same amount of money we stayed at Hotel Wallace next week and much nicer property.

What a beautiful hotel! We loved every moment of our stay. We had a great view of St. Patrick’s Cathedral from our room. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The Gold Room is gorgeous! Everyone should go to the bar and enjoy the beauty. We look forward to staying here again.
