Barnum Island Golf Vacations

Location was helpful. Staff overcharged are card two times. Tv did not work, blow dryer broken( both after being replaced) broken furniture and looks warn down. Iron did not work for the 3rd time after being replaced. No comforter on the bed only a thin cheap Walmart looking blanket . I will be paying for more of a nicer hotel next time. Please don’t waist your money

The central air in Room 56 was not working, & someone put in a window air conditioner. The room was 75 degrees because heat was coming in from the side of the window unit. It was over 100degrees on July 4th. Luckily we were able to change rooms and Room 22 was nice & cool. The staff is lovely!

Room was always clean and staff was helpful.

They have a very professional manager named George. He knows how to listen and solve problems. The property is very nice and quiet. They pay attention treating each other person as if they were the only guest present. It take a years to cultivate that kind of of a customer service. I observed the interaction it was great.

I’ll never have to look for another hotel in NYC. This is my favorite accommodation for business travel. Quiet, clean, great service, amazing location. Praises to the staff! For always being cordial, accommodating and professional.

Couldn’t ask for a better location in Times Square ! Elevators were very roomy and fast. The rooftop and other bar areas are really cool. The room was very clean and loved the beachy decor!
