Florida Golf Vacations

No the room's rug if you walk barefoot it was black. the room rug need to be clean. If you walk on it it leaves your foot or socks black. Room was ok otherwise. Some of the lights were so dull, they need to be changed. other than that the room was remarkable, The staff ... hmm. No one said much to us. The staff in the arcade were the best. Helpful, friendly and apologetic. The staff in the ice cream parlor were the best. They made you want to stay there all day. Great people.

The resort is absolutely beautiful.We will definitely be staying here again.We actually decided to stay another night. What definitely recommended

Our checkin experience was incredibly inconvenient! Upon arrival to the room we were assigned we found another family was already occupying the room. The resort is expansive and had to go all the way back to registration to get a new room, which I was told to go to resort services - they were closed - went back to the desk and was told to go to another desk. Got to the new room and found we had no parking pass. Made another trip to the registration building to get that. By the time all of this was sorted it was dark and our kids were upset. Tried to go play putt putt and the employee told us they were closing early because no one was there to play even though we wanted to play. Needless to say we left the resort to play putt putt. The room was clean and spacious, but I have no plans to return. Thankfully we only stayed a couple of days as a pass through spot.

Kitchen was equipped for cooking. We did not have breakfast. Did not like the fact that I had to pay for parking.

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff!

I feel like their could have been a better representation of the size and quality of the room… really had no space and the walls were paper thin to where you could hear other guests conversations…
