Staff was helpful, except the concierge and front desk staff.
Bed and pillow was very uncomfortable. You don't except this from a 4-5 star hotel.
You had to make a special request for some basic stuff, such as wash towels, Q-tips...
Room was not being serviced regularly (daily).

We had an amazing stay here. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. They were very accommodating when we got there at 7 am coz of our early morning flight.
