Visually appealing location, on a lake with a harbour beach. The Fisketorvet shopping mall is literally next door. The metro and train stations which connect the hotel with the city centre and the Kastrup airport (one change for tge latter), are within a walking distance, even if you have luggage with you. We were originally assigned a room right across from a building site. The jackhammering was extremely loud and it was impossible to get any rest during the day. The bar fridge in the room was also not working (something that's important to us due to the medicine that we carry). After bringing this to staff's attention we were moved to a different room where the noise from the machinery was minimal. The room was spacious, had a great view and was in fact an upgarade at no extra charge. The cleanliness of the room is the main reason for our rating. As the mattress topper kept slipping we had to adjust it several times, discovering in the process peanuts under the topper (which we removed) and a large stain on the topper itself, under its cover. The breakfast was nice and offered a good variety of items. Most of the staff were helpful and courteous.

We loved our stay and the staff was very accommodating. The only done side, is that there is no AC (those coming from the US), but its a thing. However, they do offer and provide fans.

We stayed at Coco hotel in July. Overall we had a lovely stay, the area the hotel is in is interesting, with relatively easy access to the main train / subway station. The breakfast was excellent, and the inner courtyard is so convenient and lovely for drinks.

I like the staff, very helpful and pleasant. Moreover, they all speak English fluently which makes life easy for everyone The hotel itself very nice. Breakfast was amazing, so many healthy choices. The breakfast tea was good, but, the coffee was too weak for me, did not enjoy it The only thing I was not happy about was the single bed was very small, it’s really like children bed size. I can always comeback I can recommend this hotel too

Very nice airport hotel. Easy access to the metro to get to downtown. We used Uber to get to and from the airport, which was a 10-minute ride

Easy enclosed walk from the airport. Great place! Highly recommend.

The bathroom was lovely and clean.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was was nice and had everything we needed. The staff where very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. I would recommend this hotel.
