A real gem for our first visit to Taipei. Very clean property and I was impressed by every interaction with staff. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are modern and the water pressure in the shower exceeded my wife’s expectations, not an easy thing to do. Breakfast was great and again the staff was prompt and professional.

simply an luxurious hotel. the unique interior gives it all away, it feels like being in a small multilayer japanese ryokan.
the design and architecture alone it's worth it alone. the rooms are very very spacious and offer thier own private onsen. there is also a public onsen as well.
staff members are very sttrntive and friendly.

I stayed here for a week and found the room very comfortable, and the service was great. The bed was very firm, which I like, but fair warning to those who don't.
The location is very convenient to the Metro and downtown. I'd definitely return.
