Clean comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Good food and service in the evening but the menu was limited.
Surprised that there were no USB ports or coffee making facilities in the room but they were available on request at reception.

Check in was easy & and quick. Hotel is centrally located within Helsinki, we were able to easily walk to all tourist locations. We opted for Breakfast included option and were not disappointed. Would stay again if ever in Helsinki.

The room temperature in the room was 40 degrees in the first night and 34 degrees in the second. No air condition.I made a complaint to the personal but they didn't do anything, Just to be in contact with you! I want to get my money back. Their customer service knows about this.
