Great location, clean, courteous staff, breakfast buffet had lots of options. Would definately stay again.

Excellent stay, very clean spacious rooms. Location is great - close to everything. Only downfall was the bathroom, very tiny with a pedestal sink right next to the toilet, not great for women who need to get ready.

Overall, our visit was great. However, the elevator service was extremely poor. We were never able to ride together since there was not room for our small party (4). Allways too full.!. Checking out was impossible, thankfully bellman transferred the bags, and us too, in the freight elevator. We would return if we could resolve the elevator issue.

The reopened Plaza is still luxurious, but lacks some of the features of prior version. Entry is no longer available from Central Park South (59th), the Oak Bar is gone, there is no longer a proper restaurant or proper bar, just two large areas for light meals and drinks, one of which is the old Palm Court. Rooms reflect the age of the property: decent size, plenty of storage, but also a single sink bath and dim lighting.

Our room was considered a standard ocean view and it had no ocean view. It was in building 22 and since it was on the lower floor, the view was blocked by the casitas in front of it. So I recommend booking a premier ocean view or if you book the standard ocean view, make sure you are on the second level. Otherwise, the resort is lovely. The staff are very friendly. We enjoyed a morning guided coastal hike with Morgan and Christos and also found the falcon talk very interesting.

Clean room, excellent staff at the front desk, dining room, pool staff, and beach staff. Sergiy was especially helpful telling us all about the hotel.
