Accessible room was booked, but learned at check in that they didn't have one available. Asked to have the room cleaned between nights as wife was having surgery and wanted a clean space afterwards. The room was clearly not touched between nights. Front desk staff was helpful in trying to make it up though with waiving parking fee and Hilton Honors reward points.

My room was so noisy I could hear when the people in the room next to me closed their curtains. It was very clean the day I checked in but not cleaned thoroughly after. I spilled sugar on the carpet in front of the coffee station and it was still there after the room was serviced
