I was there 2 nights and no maid service came. It would help, if the maids in the hallway spoke English. I tried to ask if she was going to clean my room. Maybe i scared her away. The air conditioning did not work. They tried changing the remote and still did not work. I woke up sweating. My brother had the room next to me. He came in the morning and used his remote, from his room and it worked on my air conditioner. To bad your employee could not do that. The microwave locked. To get food out, had to unplug it. I never stayed in a room that did not have a window that looked out at something. The window had a film over it so you could see nothing. The breakfast was nice and the bed comfortable. The location of the room was nice as well. Thank you
