Nice recently renovated boutique hotel. Rooms are small (cozy) but well appointed. Staff were very friendly. Workout area had the basics and was clean, but small. No parking at hotel but Grren P and ImPark right next door which was convenient. Hotel is in a great location steps away from Union

The ceiling was very loud squeaking once people arrived at 1:30am to party. Sounded like they were jumping, running and dropping things most of the night till about 7:30am. Why the floor made such a loud noise needs to be looked into(above D112).
