The location is great, the rooms are clean, and the staff was helpful. We espcially enjoyed having PF Changs on the property.

The Strat Hotel offers great aesthetics, kind and accommodating staff, and good on-site amenities, which made for an overall pleasant first impression. However, there are some significant areas that need improvement. The rooms do not include microwaves, which was a major inconvenience and should be considered a basic amenity, especially for guests staying multiple days. Additionally, the internet service was extremely unreliable and essentially unusable throughout my stay. This was a serious issue, as I was traveling for business purposes and missed several important meetings due to the lack of functional Wi-Fi. I was forced to rely on my phone’s hotspot, which was both inconvenient and unacceptable for a business traveler. While the hotel has many positives, reliable internet and basic in-room amenities are essential, and their absence significantly impacted my stay.

The room was okay. The shower knob was loose so the water wouldn’t hold temperature. The stopper in the sink wouldn’t hold water. The staff were very helpful and attentive though.
