Tam Hai Island Cheap Vacations

We visited this hotel in November, and we can’t recommend this hotel enough. We booked the grand suite beachfront room and the view was amazing. Every time you looked out on the balcony- You saw the beach! This hotel is located in front of the beach with many dining and shopping options. The area of this hotel felt very secure and we were able to walk to many places. The room had many basic amenities which is what we needed (shampoo, toothpaste, etc.). We also had the opportunity to eat the buffet breakfast, which had so much variety. The staff here was a very professional and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were upgraded to a villa and it was spectacular. Clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly, especially the restaurant staff. Ngoc Khang and Tra My often welcomed us at the restaurant and their smiles and great service truly elevated the experience. We also can’t say enough about the spa. Having unlimited access makes staying at the Blossom a no brainer.

I spent my birthday there and arranged a bbq in the villa. The outstanding services from The staff since the check in to my birthday celebration, I feel they deserve to have a shoutout. I appreciated that they provided me a happy celebration. The villa is very clean , the service of the receptionist is very friendly and they followed up all details that I requested. I will be back for my next vacation in Da Nang

We chose this hotel as on paper it had everything we as a family wanted. Bar, ground floor swimming pool, restaurant and central location. Our room was on the 8th floor and was enormous, we had a suite and had plentiful of room so can’t fault the room apart from inadequate sound proofing. We were woken early on a number of days by the daily aerobic exercise class on the beach outside which had a loud speaker cranked up to rock concert levels. This was annoying but not a deal breaker for us. The reason we didn’t rate the hotel was more to do with customer service. The hotel advertised that it had a bar which it does I think on the 12th floor. I took my family there one night at around 8pm for drinks and were made to feel unwelcome by the staff. It became apparent that the bar was being run by a Korean firm ( not the hotel) and unless you were Korean you were not welcome. They grudgingly served us one drink and we quickly left. The pool bar was also a joke as staff seemed to be abit annoyed that we would dare ask for drinks. I would rate this hotel higher but only once there has been some staff training in customer service. Until then we would not recommend or return to this hotel if we visit Da Nang again.

Superb hotel, beautiful location, lovely rooms and facilities but it was the staff that went above and beyond that made our stay so special. They were so friendly and catered really well to our daughter who is wheat intolerant. We dined for breakfast, room service lunch, dinner and a wedding reception dinner which was absolutely delicious. We used the spa and shuttle into Hoi An. I definitely recommend the hotel and really hope to return in the not too distant future. Probably the best hotel my children have ever stayed in.

Great hotel! Amazing staff, very clean and spacious rooms. Prices are very affordable and there are shuttles to go to Hoi An old city. Connecting rooms are available for families. Highly recommend!

The villa is clean, the private pool is big and well. Specially our personal assistant Hieu keep communicate and help on dining and services. Villa lobby helpers special SANG is friendly with my kids. Very enjoy the time here, highly recommend.

Staff was perfect but room was older and visibly worn out.
