Overall the location of this hotel was great and the air conditioner in my room kept me cool for my entire week’s stay. The breakfast was fresh and I appreciated how many different options they offered each day for different cultural tastes. However, I booked this hotel because of the nice photos and because Expedia listed it as a 4-star property but it definitely was not. My room did not even have its own window and I had no view of the outside. When I asked for a room with a window like the photos showed, they told me I would have to pay even more, which was a real disappointment after traveling for 24hrs and arriving to find out I was essentially blindsided for the entire week. The pool was nice but I just wish it truly matched the 4-star quality it claimed to have. The room also did not feel very clean and had more of a motel feel where dirt and grime slowly build up and start to show when things are not properly maintained. There also did not seem to be any designated quiet hours since the doors were not soundproof and the hallways echoed so much that you could hear everyone opening their doors and having loud conversations throughout the night.

great service and location

The hotel looks nice outside, but the room is dated especially the bathroom. When I stay at any hotel, the first thing I do is wipe everything that I think I would touch with a Clorox wipe. I then use that same Clorox wipe to wipe the floor. At this hotel the floor was very clean because that wipe was still white after I used it on the floor. The room needs new paint and the bathroom needs to be renovated as mold was seen everywhere - the sink, the tub, etc. I’m not sure why it’s a 5 Stars rated hotel. Maybe the outside is but definitely not the room. The bath tub is so high. You would loose your balance and fall when you step outside after the shower.

Excellent location for lot of good restaurants nearby, 10 minutes walk to Diamonds mall, Cathedrals, . Minh was very helpful, friendly. If I ever return to Vietnam definitely I would love to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful service.
