Good breakfast. Sufficient veg options. Close to tourist spots. Pool is nice. We had a water leak in the bathroom room plumbing and hotel did not offer us room change even after complaining 3 times about the lrak. They only provided extra towels.

I stayed 6 nights in June 2026. The room(s) were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was of high quality. The staff was excellent. The hotel is located in a convenient location close to many good eating places and many attractions like the Ben Thanh market. I give 5 stars as I did enjoy my stay and I do feel... lenient. There are a few improvements to be made, though: 1. The bathtub shows its age. There is really not enough light in the room, especially at the desk. I could barely work when it's dark outside. There may be people who are digital nomads and need a decent desk. 2. The biggest inconvenience to me was the remodeling noise. While I appreciate the effort to modernize, I did suffer since my room on the 5th floor was directly below the repair. I could not hear my phone ring! At some point, I had to leave the room as a headache started. It was terrible. Most guests don't stay during the remodeling hours, but still, if they cannot even stay in the room, this is simply bad. I didn't know when I booked that the rooms at times were not livable. I did see an apology note on the desk, but it looks like the rates I paid were comparable to my sister's. who was on a higher floor. So, the apology note was too late and too unfair.

Great location, the staff were helpful and attentive at all times! We spent a wonderful few days at the Majestic!! The M Bar on the 9th floor was a top spot for afternoon drinks to escape the heat!

The location of the hotel is very good, in the heart of the action around the Ben Thanh market. Getting a grab or simply walking around to get coffee; food etc is excellent. The Breakfast at the hotel is great, the beef pho is amazing. The rooms are comfortable, clean, however, I'm not a fan of tub showers. However the plus point was that the tub was quite generous in size of it didnt matter much. Will I book again, Yes!! Location, great breakfast, helpful staff and clean rooms are enough to get me booking again

Hotel nikko saigon is truly amazing in every aspects ,from the very moment of arrival to departure, hospitality is throughout the entire stay. Room is spacious,also very quiet.It was a great experience.

staff very nice, location also very good, Only one thing that is disappointing and need to improve is the mini fridge. Sorry to say is not cold at all. Keep the drinks overnight still not cold at all. :(
