バス、トイレ、洗面が別になってるのはよかった。バスの入り口のドアが模様つきのガラスになっていて、照明をつけると中が見えて私は嫌だった。施設案内に書いているのかどうかは調べてないが、好む人と好まない人がいるだろう。 ナノイーの音なのか、寝る時結構気になった。 チェックイン、チェックアウトの操作はとてもわかりやすく説明してくれた。

快適ではあったがエアコンが集中管理のため調整が難しかった

スタッフの対応は非常に丁寧で、チェックインから滞在中まで一貫して安心感がありました。特に印象的だったのは、多言語対応のレベルの高さで、英語はもちろん、中国語・韓国語・フランス語などにも対応できるスタッフが在籍しており、国際色豊かなホテルだと感じました。 立地も非常に優れており、観光やビジネスの拠点として申し分ありません。周辺へのアクセスも良く、初めて広島を訪れる方にも安心しておすすめできます。 館内には24:00まで営業しているコンビニがあり、ちょっとした買い物にも困りません。さらにチェックイン時には人数分のミネラルウォーターをいただけるなど、細やかなサービスも嬉しいポイントでした。 総じて、快適さ・利便性・ホスピタリティのバランスが取れたホテルで、広島滞在の際にはぜひ再訪したいと思える一軒です。 The staff were exceptionally courteous and professional, providing a sense of comfort from check-in through the entire stay. What stood out in particular was their strong multilingual support—staff members were able to assist in English, Chinese, Korean, and even French, which made the hotel feel truly international. The location is excellent, making it an ideal base for both sightseeing and business. It is conveniently situated with easy access to key areas, which is especially helpful for first-time visitors to Hiroshima. There is also a convenience store inside the hotel open until midnight, which is very convenient for quick purchases. Additionally, complimentary bottled water was provided for each guest at check-in, a small but thoughtful touch. Overall, the hotel offers a great balance of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. I would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Hiroshima.

広島駅直結で、フロントの方もおすすめの広島焼きのお店を詳しく教えていただけるなどとても居心地のよかったホテルでした。アメニティも充実していて、シャンプーなどはオーガニックのものでしたが使い心地がよかったです。

The breakfast and the bath were excellent. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve ever had. Also the laundry facilities. I found the check in process using the self serve machine to be somewhat clunky. The staff were somewhat bureaucratic in things like late check outs. I had to get to a bank for a quick transaction the morning of the check out and we paid for car parking till 11 am but the front desk insisted that I pay 2,000 yen to extend 1 hour (1000 yen x 2 persons!!). It seems a little like this kind of bureaucratic attitude diminishes to total experience
