Clean and comfortable, staff were accommodating and friendly. Hotel dining was good.

We loved this place!!I wish we would have stayed here instead of splitting it with another hotel we stayed at near by.The staff are nice and always smiling,the pool view is jaw dropping,breakfast was always good,our room was very nice,spacious and the tub made wifey happy!!The flower tea were given at check in was so good we stocked up to bring home.Tucked away a little further from the main strip about a 10min walk but,accessible to everything from there.Highly recommend this place you wont be disappointed.

This was the worse hotel I have ever checked in. We got there at 12pm and I asked if I could upgrade and the staff did not make any offers or efforts. Then once the room was ready we found the facility a bit old and not update but that part is still ok. The elevator smelled like mold and old room. There was not a bed frame but a bunch of “ply wood” put together as a bed frame. Most hotel sheets are white this one was bege looking not so clean. We went on an evening tour and when we got back around 10 pm my daughter showered and went to bed when she pull the sheets a cockroach came out of the sheets, she climbed on the bed and soon after another one started to run around the room. I called front desk who took 10 min to come and the guy looked at me like it was nothing. We immediately packed and left the hotel and never looked back. The hotel management did not contact me to apologize or nothing also they refused my refund.

Spacious room, big bed, and clean toilet and bath. Staff are very courteous and friendly. Breakfast is just okay. Van driver who took us to airport in the afternoon was nice and very careful in his driving. Overall, worth the stay there.

It's my second time staying there. Absolutely amazing. The breakfast was as awesome as I remembered it. I used their kayaks for 30 minutes free. Highly recommend it.

Huge resort with lots of swimming pools. Even though the main pool was closed in our visit there are lots of other options. The resort is mainly set up to cater for kids and families which I didn’t know when I booked. It didn’t bother us as the resort was very quiet when we visited, however as an older couple with no kids with us I would not recommend staying there in peak season unless you have a family or small children with you. The staff are lovely and always very polite and professional. The buffet breakfast was large with lots of options and catered for gluten free. The resort if right on the beach with is lovely and we swam there every day. It is also easy walking distance to local shops and restaurants. The night markets are close by and open 4 nights a week with great cheap food options. Overall lovely resort but would probably stay at the resort next door next time which is adults only

Loved the the fact that the hotel was five minutes from the airport and beach, free shuttle. Had an issue with the AC in the room, but they quickly gave me another room. Nice staff, very attentive and courteous. Oh, and good selection of food for breakfast between 630am - 1030am.
