The property is dated and could use some renovation especially the bathrooms. The cleaning lady was very sweet and cleaned as much as she could but the rooms and bathrooms itself do need some TLC.

Loved the VIP area that we were given access to because we booked on Expedia. Automatic espresso machine and delicious treats that were updated and stocked throughout the day. View from my room was perfect, pool and red rocks just like we wanted. We stayed in August so there was plenty of space at the pool and not too crowded to walk around and enjoy the many restaurants in the casino. Our entire family much preferred this location rather than staying on the Las Vegas strip, and we will return next time we are in Las Vegas.

I have stayed at Harrah's multiple times, and I love the place. I have stayed in more expensive resorts, but Harrah's has prime location, excellent staff. And clean amenities. I can't ask for more thank you Harrah's.

I would not stay here again but the food was very good and shower water pressure was awesome. Room set up was not convenient, lights were confusing, room did not cool properly, floors creaked, terrible view from window, TV and remote were slow, and staff was helpful.
