Clean and spacious room, great coffee shop downstairs, beside views from our room, and ability to crack open the windows for fresh air.

Check-in was smooth & the staff was so helpful & accommodating.

Quaint historic hotel. Wonderful location so we walked everywhere. Staff are very friendly. Oliver’s Restaurant in the hotel had a delicious cocktail, ambiance and breakfast menu we enjoyed.

I couldn’t access the mini bar..it wouldn’t open. I told the front desk, but it wasn’t fixed. The 2nd floor (which I was on) was the same floor that the public came to with their children to visit Santa…access to and from my room was challenging, to say the least, as people continuously blocked the way. I requested a late check out, which I received, but I paid half a day’s rate for only 3 additional hours and was told by the front desk (when I inquired) that they were far too busy to allow an additional hour for me (as I waited for my train)

The heater system in my room was so loud when it was on throughout the night. We checked in at around 9:30pm and the front desk was working with low energy. I was charged $40 instead of $36/night for in and out parking. The hotel should inform Expedia to change the information of the post. I don't recommend this hotel.
