We checked-in after 4pm and the cleaning lady was still not done cleaning the unit.
Enjoyed our stay at the Villa but we had unexpected guests..roaches! Yes, we understand it's Hawaii and roaches are inevitable. Staff were friendly, check-in and check-out is smooth and simple. Location is perfect and convenient access to the beach and restaurants. Love assigned parking and guest parking for when family visited. Aloha & Mahalo
