Location is fantastic it’s right on the sands of the best location on Waikiki beach. Rooms are very clean but a bit on the older style. The hotel provided as a gift refillable water bottles and had around the lobby some high end cold water filters

Expedia VIP gave us breakfast vouchers for each day of our stay as well as a one-time credit ($25) for valet. Breakfast voucher was gave 5-8 options, the food was actually good, and the latte was very good! Hotel is great—good water pressure in the shower, bed is comfortable, pillows are nice and firm, and the room is spacious. Excellent location, right in the middle of Waikiki, and in walking distance to a lot of things.

Very friendly and helpful staff, room was well cleaned daily, and you couldn't be any closer to the beach!

The staff were very friendly and kind. They were all the best. Mina and mao were truly the kindest humans ever, they made my birthday really special.

Everything was well, we enjoyed it. One thing is that if you are staying in the Rainbow Tower, be prepared to hear loud banging / drums / music for 2 hours straight around 6-7pm from your room. Whether you have balcony door opened or closed you can still hear it really loud outside and makes it hard if you are just trying to relax in the quite

I had corner unit so I overlooked at Bay great firework show on Friday night from Balcony loud cruisers in evening with blaring music heard all the way up to 16th floor not in properties control, Shopping Ala Moana mall almost attached convenient bridge to walk across with out have to cross streets
