Green Mountains Cheap Vacations

They are lacking staff in their pub to handle the amount of people. My burger should have been well cooked, instead it was almost raw inside. I did not even bite into it, I cut it open as I always do. I returned it. They did not know how to credit my room after charging it, so I had to go to the front desk. Room Service cleaned our room, then I took a shower and realized that no clean towels were replaced in my room. The bottom bed sheet did not fit the bed properly, not deep enough to tuck into the bottom and cover the mattress. Each night it continued to "ride up" and come off the bed. The staff seemed to not care nor offer any assistance with anything and said they could not do anything about it since it was booked through Expedia. Now for the good: It is a beautiful property, well maintained, and clean.
