AC did not work, it was quite hard to sleep at night for summer trip in June. Breakfast was decent

Didn’t like the proximity to the nightclub next door with loud music. However clean and well located hotel.

Nice location to the train station and you can walk to old town from there to the lake and back. Nice day

Nice property, convenient location.

The property was neat and clean however, initially we had some difficulty in locating the property. Tram station is just 700 meters away which is a bonus. I loved the place overall.

Great stay in an iconic place. The staff are very friendly and helpful, truly going the extra mile.

We had a fantastic stay at Grand Hotel Kronenhof! The hotel has an amazing history and great old world glamour. The rooms are spacious and the amenities and spa were top notch. By far the biggest plus at the hotel were the staff. The were all exceptional and really warm. They offered great recommendations and Daniel the concierge was a standout.

Love the aesthetic. Beautiful area and easy to see the whole city. Close to Zurich HB train station so you can ride the train anywhere.
