Overall experience was really good. It is conveniently located, not too far from Zurich HB and well connected by trams.
The room was small but clean. Pillows were poor which caused neck pain.
Breakfast bar had limited but sufficient options. The lady attendant was alone most of the times (another lady helped her briefly) and had to do too much running around. She would benefit from some help.
