Everything was great. The only thing I can only complain about it is that the AC in my room wasn’t working. I went there to her surgery and I put the Hilton because he has a very good reputation and is supposed to be comfortable however the AC in my room was broken. I have to call the people to fix it a couple of times. It’s not the conditions I want to be when you are going to surgery and you just wanna chill and recover room temperature was sometimes 28°. I was swearing it was very uncomfortable. You definitely don’t fly 12 hours to get surgery and chill in a room that is 28°.

This hotel had an excellent staff and a nice terrace restaurant. The housekeeping staff was excellent and very attentive. Front desk, staff and doorman were always there to help you. The view from the terrace it’s wonderful taking in a lot of of the local landmarks. We stayed here for five days. I really enjoyed it.

Really lovely hotel in a quiet location which is great for a good night at sleep away from the hustle and bustle of areas like Taksim. Breakfast was fine, a variety of fruits, cheese, celissants, bread, and cold meats. The room was made up everyday with fresh, clean towels. The staff were very helpful when we were planning trips to areas, helping us with what locations to put into the BiTaksi app or even Google maps. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I spent several days here. I like to start out with the good stuff. The location, in old town is great. Walking distance to everything. The hotel. To start, its not a 5 star hotel in any stretch of the imagination. Maybe 3 star at best. Rooms are tiny, nothing fancy here.. No space for any of your personal items in the bathroom on the vanity in the deluxe rooms. switched to a family room (2 beds) and it had much more room.. or as much as you were going to get at this hotel. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was just OK. Nothing special, cold creamy eggs, no sausage, bacon, etc. YES the view is nice! So, in the end, set your expectations down to a 3 star hotel, with some of the smallest rooms you've ever stayed in, and you will be just fine!

All were excellent. Staff, Services, Their Characters Particularly the manager Mr. Memet, Coner, Mohammed and Mrs Narmin. They were so friendley that I still remember their names. The alley where this hotel is in is a little out dated but it has nothing to do with this Hotel and their staff. Actually they are so good that you totally forget about these weak point. Totally I'd recomend this hotel if you deserve respect.

Very helpful staff. Hotel is close to main attractions and tram station.

The location is excellent, however, there was some construction going on at 2am , I really couldn't sleep .
