Ski Mont Gabriel Cheap Vacations

The location is top notch, and the guest check in are very kind , but there is little to no security, in the late night thre was no one when we came back, and you don't have to scan in the elevator so anyone could access it. We wanted to love the rooms, the design is very interesting, but everything is very worn, every wall has marks and floors with damage, the chair was dirty when we arrived (clearly a couple enjoyed that chair on their last visit) we let housekeeping know and she vacuumed the chair and left and all the white stains remained. Needless to say we segregated the chair from the room.yes breakfast was included, but it is stale bread and yogurt and a couple other items, good when your on the go but not the previously rate 4 star expectations.

Perfect location as we came in for a little shopping and the Jazz festival, everything was very walkable and the restaurant on site made our stay very enjoyable. Staff was wonderful.

My husband and I stayed at Le Mount Stephen for 3 nights. The staff were all warm, inviting and very helpful. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book with them for our future trips to Montreal.

Everything was great except for the $7 + tax + tip piece if toast for breakfast.

There is no parking at this hotel and the parkade they tell you to park in across the street closed at 12 midnight. I had to walk with my broken leg for 2 blocks just to find a parking spot!! Although the unit itself was lovely, I cant justify the lousy parking situation.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel was dirty from the moment I arrived—the carpet at the entrance was filthy, which gave a terrible first impression. The overall appearance of the hotel was strange, and there was a strong moldy smell throughout the property. The bedroom looked nothing like the photos advertised online. It was misleading and did not meet my expectations at all. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.
