There is no parking at this hotel and the parkade they tell you to park in across the street closed at 12 midnight. I had to walk with my broken leg for 2 blocks just to find a parking spot!! Although the unit itself was lovely, I cant justify the lousy parking situation.

We booked the luxury two bedroom apartment. It’s not two bedrooms it’s a one bedroom with a large living space with a double bed in. The sofa also doubles as a sofa bed. So not a lot of privacy for one couple. The kitchen is large and fairly well equipped . Could have done with an ice tray in the freezer. The washing machine and dryer were both broken but we were able to use the main block machines. There is no housekeeping during your stay and in truth you see very little staff. We made it work for us but the luxury is the location. You are right in the centre of the old town. Parking is less than 100 meters away but it is $60 for 24 hours. Would I recommend. Yes but mainly for location.

Beautiful pool, get your lounge chair early or be prepared to wait/stand! Room was nicely updated with rainfall shower, comfy bed, and TV with sports channels and streaming services. Very comfortable experience. Right on the subway orange line though it takes 5mins to walk indoors to the platform.

Excellent location! Very walkable to many places in the city, the room was very clean and the staff was super helpful with any issue, would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Perfect location as we came in for a little shopping and the Jazz festival, everything was very walkable and the restaurant on site made our stay very enjoyable. Staff was wonderful.

convenient location

My husband and I stayed at Le Mount Stephen for 3 nights. The staff were all warm, inviting and very helpful. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book with them for our future trips to Montreal.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel was dirty from the moment I arrived—the carpet at the entrance was filthy, which gave a terrible first impression. The overall appearance of the hotel was strange, and there was a strong moldy smell throughout the property. The bedroom looked nothing like the photos advertised online. It was misleading and did not meet my expectations at all. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

I had a highly disappointing stay at this hotel due to poor room conditions and a total lack of customer service. Upon arrival, I found hairs on the bathroom floor. To make matters worse, the climate control was completely malfunctioning. The AC blew directly onto the bed, and despite adjusting the thermostat, the room remained unbearably hot. When I went down to the lobby for help in the middle of the night, the front desk was entirely abandoned. I waited, but eventually had to return to my room and barely slept. Management later dismissed this, claiming staff might have been assisting other guests. Furthermore, I accidentally double-booked a room for the same night across two different platforms. While I fully admit this booking error was mine, the hotel’s handling of the situation showed zero hospitality. The owner refused to offer any flexibility, refund, or gesture of goodwill. Instead, I was just handed a second key and told it was not their mistake. Technically true, but incredibly poor service. I will never stay here again.
