Hotel is in a very good location. Safe, very clean, staff are very helpful and polite. Breakfast buffets are great! Many varieties to choose. We had wonderful stay for 2 nights

I love staying at Fraser Suites when I’m in Dalian. This last trip it was my birthday and the Manager delivered a birthday cake and card - it was great!!!

The room is clean , staff are friendly ,very close to shopping centre and dinning facility .. the sauna etc are a bit old

I just completed a 3 week stay in Dalian and surrounding area. Hotel was very close in experience to a Shangri-La. Cleanliness was very good, rooms were great. Housekeeping staff was outstanding as was laundry service. Pool use requires bathing cap and a couple other rules. What passes for a business office is not what I expected and requires staff assistance. Scope of business office services is limited, don't count on needing anything printed. Not a lot of western travelers frequent the hotel, so in depth communication can be challenging but not unsolvable. Staff made every attempt to accommodate my needs.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Assisted with many of our questions and recommendations. There are robots that can deliver food deliveries straight to your room, which is quite an interesting sight.
