Absolutely loved the private balcony in my room! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The room itself was spotless with modern, well-maintained facilities. Such a pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommend this hotel!

These other reviews here must be fake. Calling this property a 5 star hotel is just unrealistic. Notice how they all sound like advertisements for the hotel and were posted within a few days of each other? I’m not saying it was terrible but at best it’s a 2.5-3 start hotel. The woman at the front check in counter did speak well enough for us to check in and arrange my airport shuttle the next day with no problem. The restaurant staff did not speak any English and the menu was in Chinese. I managed to translate the menu with Google Translate and also use it to communicate my order to the waitress. I thought the food at dinner was good, I skipped the breakfast so I couldn’t comment on it. The property has been renovated a bit but it still has some dinginess to it. Mold and rust in the shower. Be clear it also not that close to the airport, definitely not an 8 min walk as they advertised. The shuttle took about 15 min and so did my taxi to the hotel from the airport. On maps it said walking would take nearly 1.5 hours, it is right across the street from the subway but I didn’t feel like messing around with taking the subway.

The hotel is large, with a spacious and upscale lobby. The hotel staff are very professional in their work. The hotel rooms are very clean, the internet speed is fast, making it convenient for work, and parking is also very convenient.

The location is super convenient, and it‘s a short walk to the subway station. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable, the service is warm and considerate, and the cost performance is very high. I will stay here next time I come to Shenzhen!
