Yagong Island Cheap Vacations

Hotel was in a great position but quiet. Buffet breakfast was excellent and well worth it although very busy. Room was great bigger than expected and had everything you needed. Staff were friendly

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Really liked the valet service included in the room. Only recommendation is should have more kitchen ware in the room.

.

Room was not ready until three hours past check-in. Had to check multiple times. Then was asked to pay to upgrade to different room or wait longer. Finally put into a different room, but very disappointing. Frequent traveler to area but will not return.

Pool area was small and seat cushions were stained and service wasn't good as there was no wait staff. Rooms were ok but this was definitely not a JW quality standard room for cleanliness nor overall quality. Front desk staff advised of guaranteed check-in for 4pm but did not notify of room readiness until after 5pm.

We arrived early. Its sad because we have book med way ahead looking for a handicap room. Never csn find one when we try their own site and on third party sites. We do send a message as Expedia tell us to on their site for special request. Im happy this last reply they said they would try to get us our request. The last time we stayed there we got a mean and nasty reply saying we will not get our request and deal with it. They was better this round. The confusing part. They had a room early for us for an additional $75.00. Ok we took it. Parking was about $30.00 a day ok. $50.00 refundable damage fee understandable. They returned the $50.00 and took it out again. Why we did not cause any damage. Than they send a text and I wish they would have sent it a bit earlier because it said extend your dates which we did but with another hotel. If they emailed just about a hour or two earlier we would have taken their offer. It seems they dont care much for disabled guest. But it was not a bad stay. Besides no handicapped rooms and rooms are tiny tiny.

Tough going up stairs. No elevator for people

Pleasant staff upon check in. Clean room, comfortable bed and linens. Very nice complimentary breakfast. Walking distance to restaurants. Close to the airport. Shuttle to the airport was great. I would definitely stay here again before a departure back home.
